Our numbers are small, allowing our impact to be deep and life-changing. We do whatever it takes to support each of our boys to and through college. We graduate game changers to become mentors, role models, professionals and leaders in their communities- in Wilmington, NC and beyond.

John Monteith is the founder and CEO of Monteith Construction Corp., established in Charlotte, NC, in 1998. Under his leadership, the company has grown into a trusted name in the construction industry, recognized for its commitment to quality, innovation, and community impact. John’s true passion lies in the growth and development of people—both within his company and in the broader community.
Beyond his professional achievements, John is dedicated to giving back to the community. His belief in the transformative power of education and mentorship extends beyond the workplace. What began in 2011 as one transformative week each summer inspired him to do more—more to ensure that boys in our community with high potential had the tools, support, and opportunities they need to succeed. That inspiration led to the creation and continued growth of The Schreiber Foundation.
